What it's for

Copying the trades a trader places on one lead futures account to several follower accounts, including across different brokers, data connections and prop-firm accounts, with per-contract size ratios, E-mini to Micro mapping and protective rules that run in the cloud rather than on the trader's computer.

Who it's for

  • futures traders running the same trades across several evaluation, funded or personal accounts
  • traders whose accounts sit on different connections, such as Tradovate, Rithmic, dxFeed or ProjectX
  • traders who place trades by hand or from their own platform and want them repeated on other accounts
  • traders comfortable checking each follower account's fills, rejections and brackets themselves

Strengths

  • Copying runs in the cloud: Tradesyncer says it doesn't depend on the trader's computer being on, with no VPS or local copier application to keep running.
  • It copies across different connections rather than only within one broker login, and documents connection setup for Tradovate (OAuth), Rithmic, dxFeed (username and password), ProjectX and Hyperprop (API key).
  • Sizing can differ by follower: a per-contract ratio sets the copied size, and Cross Order maps ES, NQ and YM trades to MES, MNQ and MYM on chosen followers.
  • Its help center documents limitations in detail, including a leader-by-follower table of how brackets are copied, unsupported order types and the Tradovate API request cap.
  • Tradesyncer documents a Follower Protection feature for followers left in a position the leader doesn't hold, which can flatten every account on that symbol, including the leader, and a Market Execution Only mode that copies fills as market orders to reduce pending-order traffic.

Limitations

  • Brackets are limited to one take profit and one stop loss; multi-bracket, stop-limit and trailing orders, auto breakeven and auto trail aren't supported.
  • How brackets reach a follower depends on the connection pair: Tradesyncer documents that ProjectX followers receive brackets as market orders, and that combinations involving a Rithmic account, other than those with a ProjectX account, copy the target and stop only after the entry fills.
  • Tradovate's limit of 5,000 API requests per hour applies; Tradesyncer says that if it's exceeded, copying stops until the limit resets and follower accounts can fall out of alignment.
  • Follower orders can still be rejected by a broker or prop firm's risk settings, such as maximum quantity or position limits, and Tradesyncer says it can't prevent this.
  • Payments are non-refundable under Tradesyncer's terms, apart from discretionary refunds that carry a 20% administrative fee, and the 7-day trial requires a card and converts to a paid plan unless cancelled.
  • ProjectX connections need a separate ProjectX API access subscription, and its built-in ProjectX copier must be switched off.

Best for

  • Futures traders copying their own trades across several accounts on different connections, who want the copier to run without a computer left on.
  • Traders mixing contract sizes across accounts, using ratios or E-mini to Micro mapping.
  • Traders who already know which order types and brackets their accounts need and can work within the documented bracket limits.

Not ideal for

  • Traders who need multiple targets, trailing stops or auto breakeven to carry over to every follower.
  • Traders whose accounts all sit under one broker login, who may want to check that platform's own grouping tools first.
  • Traders looking for signal automation from TradingView alerts rather than copying of trades placed on a lead account.
  • Prop-firm traders who haven't confirmed that their firm, account type and plan allow copying between accounts.

Tradesyncer is a trade copier: it watches one account, the lead, and repeats the orders placed there on other accounts, the followers. It’s built for futures traders who run the same trades on several accounts, often prop-firm evaluation or funded accounts, and it runs in the cloud rather than on the trader’s computer. This review is based on Tradesyncer’s official website, help center and terms, checked on 18 October 2026. We haven’t tested Tradesyncer ourselves, so it doesn’t assess copy speed, reliability or execution quality.

What Tradesyncer is

Tradesyncer is operated by Tradesyncer B.V., based in Amsterdam. Besides the trade copier it offers a trading journal, risk tools and a prop-firm cost tracker; this review covers the copier. The workflow is short: connect each account’s broker or data connection, choose a lead account, set which accounts follow it and at what size, then trade the lead account as usual. Tradesyncer copies market, stop, limit and bracket orders placed there.

Because the copier runs on Tradesyncer’s servers, it doesn’t need a computer left on, a VPS or a local copier application. The connections to each broker still have to stay healthy, and Tradesyncer’s own FAQ says execution depends on the broker, the connection and market conditions.

Trade copying vs signal automation

Trade copiers and signal-automation tools can both put the same trade on several accounts, but they start from different places.

The categories overlap. PickMyTrade has its own Manual Trade Copier, which repeats trades placed by hand in TradingView on linked Tradovate accounts, with one admin account and brackets only on market-order entries. Tradesyncer’s difference is scope: it copies between accounts on different connections, such as from a Tradovate account to a Rithmic or ProjectX account. Traders whose accounts all sit under one broker login may also want to check that platform’s own tools first; Tradovate, for example, describes a Group Trade feature that places one trade for a group of accounts.

Connections, platforms and prop-firm accounts

Tradesyncer connects to accounts through their broker or data connection, and its help center documents how to add five of them:

Its support list also names Volumetrica and TradeSea “and many more” without setup details.

Trading platforms are a separate question. Tradesyncer says traders can use the platform they prefer as long as they trade the lead account; its help center confirms this for TradingView, and its homepage shows logos for platforms including NinjaTrader, ATAS, Sierra Chart and Quantower. Whether a particular platform-and-connection combination works for a given account is worth confirming with Tradesyncer before relying on it. Both prop-firm and regular broker accounts can be connected.

Sizing: ratios and E-mini to Micro

Each follower can trade a different size from the lead:

Tradesyncer lists the contracts it supports across equity index, currency, agricultural, energy, metal and crypto futures.

Brackets and order types: what is and isn’t copied

Brackets are where the documented limits matter most. Tradesyncer copies a bracket with one take profit and one stop loss. It doesn’t support:

Stops and targets can still be moved by hand, and those changes are copied.

How a bracket reaches a follower depends on the two connections involved. Tradesyncer publishes a leader-by-follower table for this. The documented combinations can be summarised as follows:

Turning on Market Execution Only mode overrides the table and copies every combination as market execution: pending orders aren’t copied, and each fill on the lead becomes a market order on the follower. Tradesyncer notes that price can move between the two fills, so a follower can get a different price from the lead.

When copies go wrong: protection, rejections and API limits

Copies are separate orders on separate accounts, so they can drift apart. Tradesyncer documents three main causes and one safety net.

Tradesyncer also offers a daily loss limit and daily profit trigger, which it applies to Tradovate accounts through the API, and lockouts that stop copying within Tradesyncer but don’t block manual trading at the broker.

Tradesyncer’s terms make the trader solely responsible for trades executed through the copier, and limit its liability to one month’s subscription fee.

Copying and your prop firm’s rules

Prop firms set their own rules on copying trades between accounts, and they can differ by account type and change over time. Before copying, check your firm’s current official rules for the accounts you plan to link.

Pricing, trial, cancellation and refunds

Tradesyncer has three plans, billed monthly:

The pricing page says yearly billing saves up to 30%, and Tradesyncer’s help center lists yearly prices of $34, $69 and $104 per month; it doesn’t give annual totals. The cost of extra connections or accounts isn’t published. A ProjectX connection also needs a ProjectX API subscription, paid to ProjectX.

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required, and the trial converts to a paid plan on day 7 unless it’s cancelled. The terms allow one trial per user and payment method.

Cancelling keeps access until the end of the billing period. Payments are non-refundable under the terms; Tradesyncer may refund in exceptional cases, less a 20% administrative fee.
